Because I am away from home so much of the growing season, well any season, I garden in raised bed, container and straw bale, because it is easier on me , since I have so much difficulty getting around these days. The straw bales I had so much success with last year that I am again attempting to do it again, I have tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber in straw bales, in the tubs and wheel barrow I have green onions, lettuce,radishes, strawberries. In the ground I have corn. The boxes, my dear hubby made me, we finally got them both filled with dirt and planted green beans, and okra.

I enjoy gardening this way, because watering is not waste full, space is not wasted, between rows, I don't have to till a lot, and weeds are minimum.
